Delivery Timeline
From the moment you place your order, your garment enters a carefully orchestrated process of craftsmanship and logistics. We guarantee delivery within a maximum of 3 weeks — including both production and shipping. In most cases, your order will arrive well before this window, ready to be worn and admired.
Track Every Step
Your ThreadClubb account gives you full visibility into your order's journey — from the moment it's placed, through each phase of tailoring, right up to dispatch. Once your suit leaves our atelier, you will receive a dedicated tracking number so you can monitor the final stretch in real time.
Premium Packaging
Your garments deserve to travel in style. Each piece is carefully wrapped using premium materials that safeguard your suit during transit, preserving its shape, fabric, and finish. Our packaging ensures that your custom creation arrives in pristine, ready-to-wear condition.
In the Rare Event of Delay or Damage
While such instances are uncommon, if your order is ever delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, our Customer Experience Team will act swiftly to resolve the matter on your behalf. We will coordinate with our shipping partners to ensure your suit reaches you — and more importantly, that your confidence in us remains intact.
