Our Exchange Approach: Tailored Solutions, Every Time
At ThreadClubb, your satisfaction is woven into every stitch. While each garment is made exclusively for you, we understand that even with precision tailoring, adjustments may sometimes be necessary. That’s why we offer a thoughtful and personalized exchange process — one that reflects the care, craftsmanship, and commitment behind every suit we create.
Can I Exchange My Order?
As all of our garments are custom-made to your exact measurements and design specifications, traditional exchanges — such as changing sizes or styles — are not applicable. However, we’re here to ensure that any fit concerns are resolved through elegant, client-first solutions.
Tailored Support for Fit Concerns
If you’re not fully satisfied with the fit of your garment, please follow these steps within 30 days of receiving your order:
1. Log in to Your ThreadClubb Account
Open a support request from the relevant order page.
2. Describe the Issue
Clearly outline the concern — whether it’s a fit, measurement, or construction matter — and, if possible, include photos for our tailoring team to assess.
3. Select Your Preferred Solution
Local Alteration: Visit your trusted local tailor, and we’ll reimburse up to 25% of the garment’s value.
Remake: If alterations are not suitable, we’ll remake the piece at no extra cost, following the original style and fabric selections.
Conditions for a Remake
To qualify for a remake:
- The replacement garment must follow the original specifications (fabric, design, measurements).
- The original garment must be returned to our quality control facility. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Should you wish to change the style or fabric, a design update fee may apply (typically 20% or more).
If the original material is no longer available, we will propose a selection of premium alternatives — at no additional cost to you.
Our Assurance
In the rare event your garment cannot be properly adjusted, rest assured: your happiness remains our highest priority. We will always work with you to find a solution — whether through a remake, a credit, or another tailored resolution.
A Few Gentle Reminders
- Timeline: All exchange and remake requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Returned garments must be in good condition for quality review.
- Discretion: ThreadClubb reserves the right to recommend alterations when they are deemed the most appropriate solution.
