Because each piece is made exclusively for you, we do not offer refunds — a standard in bespoke tailoring. However, your satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do.
Your Fit, Perfected
Should your suit require slight refinements upon arrival, we are pleased to offer a reimbursement for local alterations to ensure the final fit meets your expectations. Simply reach out to our Customer Experience Team within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the fit claim process with care and discretion.
We offer:
- Up to 20% reimbursement of the garment’s value to cover local tailoring.
- A dedicated advisor to assist you from start to finish.
- A downloadable Tailor’s Form on our website for a smooth reimbursement process.
Once your alterations are complete, kindly send us:
- A copy of your tailor’s receipt
- The completed Tailor’s Form
Your reimbursement will be promptly credited to your account.
A Few Thoughtful Notes
Kindly confirm with your tailor that the necessary adjustments can be made within the suggested allowance.
Should the garment be unadjustable or arrive with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will graciously remake the suit at no cost or offer a full refund — your satisfaction is our commitment.
